This episode breaks my heart. As a girl who is 19, I have never been through sexual harassment or assault. So whenever I hear people say that every girl they know has been through it I always feel weird because I haven't. And I know I'm incredibly lucky that I haven't because it really is basically just the norm for most women. I hate that so many women have to go through this on a daily basis, and I can't understand it but I know that I likely will one day and I do not look forward to that day...

But you know something? That’s the goal at the end of the day that no other woman goes trough that! Is not the norm! It’s not a requirement! The fact that you haven’t experience that means that other women coming forward with their stories is putting and end to it and that’s good! You are what I want for my niece and every young girl. That you don’t have to go trough life with that weight over your shoulder! ❤️
