I think this one gets more effective for me if I imagine David chatting somewhere many rooms away. Maybe someone's asking him what he thinks of Julie being a bridesmaid for her daughter's wedding.

Stella is literally right around the corner to the right. I'm debating whether or not I want to use the negative space in the top-right area to add in some action bubbles with her interacting with Amy and Kelly. I like the idea, but we'll see.

I might edit the heart animation to be a more seamless, continuous thing, instead of having that blank moment at the end of each loop. Hmm.

Could zoom in a little closer. Deciding the zoom level was a little tricky.

Overall, I'm pretty pleased with how this one went! The motions turned out as fluid as I was hoping for, albeit a little simpler than I imagined.I tried to use circle curves to carve out the animation path for Flin's hands so I could give them a little more interesting motion, and I SORT of got it working but god, it was proving very unwieldy and glitchy so I abandoned that idea.Blender announced some massive animation overhaul like 3 years ago, still looking forward to that. There was a promising update about it last year.

I've added one of Julie's new sprites beside it because I felt like it could use just a little...I dunno, tone building?

Enjoy ~ 💕🎵
