Hey…

I haven’t done a meditation for a looong time - so here’s one for old times’ sake, with footage I shot in the Marlborough Sounds, New Zealand.

Have a beautiful and peaceful night!

Smooches,

Hey Matthew, I hope you are well.💜 Thank you for this meditation audio. It is truly a gift to listen to at a time when it's getting increasingly to maintain one's peace in a complex world ( or in my case the country I live in.😕) I recently went on a short road trip and was listening to satellite 90's radio and this song came on.... It's been years since I've heard this song but something about made me think of you and this space you've created. Are you familiar with a British band called Soul II Soul? I'm not the most tech savvy but here is I think the Spotify link: https://open.spotify.com/track/7vvRkLPIvfjjmCIqNxBuEZ?si=dZpAVibNTTWzxDfMt1fAGQ I hope you have an amazing week. 🥰
