Once I thought you were chasing me, my instinct was to turn my back to you - not to turn from you but to show almost a level of submission, to see if you’d come closer, maybe even a test to see if I could trust you. In a crowded room you’re most likely find me with my back against the wall, only in the centre if I know someone is watching out for me. I’d still be shocked if you did move to me so I guess it may be a safeguard too, focus on something else. It was a busy morning, swim then chiro, body feeling a little weak and I had no will power to grip on the bed or sheets so all my energy went straight between my thighs 😅❤️

I know I am new here. But I am already addicted to you. Thank you for helping me to fall in love with my body again one audio a time. 🥰

Chris2706

I hope it is ok that I am joining here as I am probably way older than everyone else. After over 20 years of violent domestic physical and emotional abuse and never really been aloud to enjoy myself I need to find a safe space to explore my body and find out that I am aloud to feel. But I do understand if I am too old for participating here.

Sweet... sassafras is this real?! My rising moon must be in the house of horny as hell or whatever because I'm so turned on by this, and so confused at the same time. Like... half of me is feeling feminine outrage at the idea of being thought of as "prey' and the other half is turned on by the way you described what it feels like for you as "the hunter." Because, I listend to this and I'm like, 'Yesss catch me...can you handle me?" Then at right at about the 7:41 mark, my eyes flew open at what you were saying, and it was like your voice, your breath, kissed my left ear, and that "touch'" traveled down my neck, moved like lightning, stormed through my body, hitting every circuit, lighting it up to supernova, before completing the connection between you and me. l grasped out loud in genuine surprise as I felt my body betray me at every word and sound you made... because there was no hiding from my certainty of what I wanted, desired, a primal but specific need...the ultimate surrender of myself to the knowledge that in this moment in time, hearing you, "seeing" you...picturing myself with you, what I imagine you would feel like to me, inside of me, filling me...mmmm... catching me 🫦 made me realize I don't want afterglow...I want aftermath. Fuck. Me. I was not expecting that. Matthew....🔥 I love hearing your heartbeat in these audios. I've definitely told you that more than once, I'm sure of it. But, breathing with you, that feeling of intimacy at the end of this...felt like true aftercare.💜

Hi Chris!👋 Welcome! We were all new here at some point! We are all adults of varying ages, backgrounds, cultures, experiences etc. and we probably all have more in common than we know. We definitely have in common a heartfelt love and appreciation for the beautiful human who created this space, and all of these sexy (and sometimes calming audios) that brought us here.😊 I can tell you, at least from my time here that everyone I've interacted with has been genuinely lovely and all around awesome to chat with. I hope that you have a similar experience, and that you enjoy exploring these audios and whatever they may come to mean to you.🤍

Thank you so much. I already love it here and feel happy that I found you all and especially Matthew with his amazing abilities and endless love for us. Thank you for your lovely message I really appreciate it.

Hey! I'm curious if you don't mind me asking, how many meters do you swim daily? I used to swim for exercise and found it therapeutic. It's just you your breath, your movement and the water. 🤍 I keep going back and forth on if I should get back into it.

Ariel

Okay butting in here, can I also recommend how amazing water aerobics is, if you can find locally? I was having trouble finding anything exercise related to do with recent-ish ✨body chaos✨ and was looking at water activities and begrudgingly tried water aerobics and I feel amazing after. It makes no sense but it has changed my body and it’s just so much happier. I may have thought it was only for an older demographic and was so wrong.

Ariel

Traveling and haven’t gotten the chance to listen yet, but this sounds fun. Onto my PSA for everyone, I went and saw Eternity and IT’S SO GOOD, I think it’s the most favorite movie I’ve watched this year. Great cast, amazing tone/directing, and such a fascinating concept. Truly can’t recommend enough, especially to see in theater. Trailer: https://youtu.be/GzkoY6hUvQQ?si=kAM_1QFAPYbDX5KS

Hi Chris Welcome🌺 I found this wonderful, magical safe space about eight months ago and it's has changed my life in so many ways that my best friend has named me a Renaissance Woman. May you find peace and healing as I have among the beautiful Belles and Matthew's pure love of all things Woman 🤗

LadyBlue (Katherine)

Now for the audio...... WOW! That was definitely a trifecta for me🥵🎆💦 I was so aroused and terrified I literally found myself freezing and feeling that gut stab of danger warning that I have felt before when an intense predatory gaze landed on me. It was a strange experience to listen to you describe your hunting instincts but also very erotic. Thank you, beautiful man for teaching me so much about your amazing maleness 🥵💜💕

Hello J.lela, currently I’m at 1500m. I swim backstroke. I have been telling myself for a while that I’ll get a snorkel so I can swim freestyle. Turning every few strokes to breathe irritates my neck and there is a few people that use them. I started in the hydrotherapy pool, 2 sets of 12 simple exercises with a 2 minute break between every set. When I started doing laps I had a break between each lap too. No harm in jumping in the pool and seeing if it works for you. Even just grabbing a kick board and cruise up the lane. I say yes!

Hi Ariel! Water aerobics is good! It’s popular where I am and can be hard to get into the classes. I really liked trying deep water aerobics. It felt less cardio and more use of core or like weight training even. It felt a little too heavy for me at the time though. Water is so healing, I swear by it.

Shadows

Hi Chris, I have been here for a little while and I don’t think I could tell you how old anyone is. My guess is there is a wide range! 🙂

Colette

The movie has an interesting premise and presentation, I'm intrigued lol. A24 seems to put out a lot of neat stuff!

J.lela

Thank you, Shadows! Your workout sounds like a challenging workout that won't stress my body out. I have had some significant issues with my shoulders these last few months that I'm currently seeing a PT for. I just bought a home rowing machine that I'm going to start using as soon as my PT clears me but I'm looking for another type of exercise to compliment rowing that is a hard but enjoyable and not too stressful on my joints.

J.lela

Ariel! Good to know and thank you for sharing your experience! I always associated water aerobics with an older demographic too! That being said, I do know that the folks who do it are super hardcore about those 5:30 a.m. classes and, they are committed and consistent so it must be good!😀 Edited for clarity: I've mostly stayed away from swimming as a primary exercise in recent years because my hair can be challenging to manage, even with a swim cap. Throw chlorine at it and my hair looks like it should star in its own 80's movie. 🤣 But, if I can get in a fulfilling workout that helps me feel stronger and improves my overall health, I may just give it a try.🙂

J.lela

Yes!! I saw the trailer for this a few months back and it's been on my wish list for a while. I hope I can catch it while it's out in theaters.🤞

Chris2706

Thank you so much for you loving comment. I am already loving it here😊

Ariel

I didn’t know if they’d be able to pull off the concept, but I feel like they did it well and in such a fun way

Ariel

Okay may be class dependent but one of my friends I drag along has super curly hair that isn’t convenient to get wet and has been able to not get it wet while participating.

J.lela

That would be amazing.💛 I already looked up water aerobics where I live and found there are classes at the local community center...at 5:30 am😏. Now I just need to work up the courage to get over there check it out after I get cleared by my PT.

Shadows

I’m not really sure if it helps but I wet my hair down before I put my swim cap on. The idea being that the water fills the cap and there is less room for the chlorinated water to get in. If I’m feeling fancy I’ll put a treatment in while I’m swimming. The biggest problem I had was with (a recommended) clarifying shampoo, I had a heap of breakage. I got chatting with the gentleman in the lane next to mine (I have a favourite lane) and he worked with chemicals all is life and said the best thing with chemicals is prevention and the dilution, so lots and lots of water.

Ariel

😆 so if they do core exercises with pool noodle use 2 instead of one or use edge to elevate your head to keep hair dry 💁‍♀️ and yeah mine is at city pool but thank god not at 530am

J.lela

That is a great tip, Shadows. Thank you! I'm definitely trying to avoid my hair getting completely wet altogether if at all possible.🥴

J.lela

Ariel! That advice is sounding like it comes from experience!😀 I'm gonna keep an eye on the local water aerobics schedule to see if they have any classes after 5:30am. I already called and they told me their schedule expands with more classes after the New Year. 🙂

I think this will be a favourite forever. I found myself stalking through the forest with just a small amount of moonlight. Must of been Aotearoa because I was bare legged, bare foot and felt like I was the most dangerous creature there. Moving so gently with heightened senses noticing any and every movement, sound or change in the atmosphere. The intense focus on my body’s movements and having no impact on the surroundings made my awareness of the world around me acute. Once I had mastered moving in silence I could shift my attention past my body and push it out farther and farther. My senses stretching, searching for … I guess your warmth radiating from your body. Knowing you’re out there aching too.
