Hey!

😴I’ve been listening to some quiet spoken ASMR at nights, and it’s helped me to fall asleep so fast and deep that I often wake up with my headband-phones half off my head or have to search for them somewhere buried in the bed or on the floor where I’ve apparently thrown them. 😂

This audio takes all my favourite of the elements of sleepy ASMR and puts them together. We talk softly, and snuggle, and read in bed, getting quieter and quieter as we drift off to sleep…

Hope you enjoy it!

Relaxing sleep ASMR AND host daddy with a Lovense pattern oh wow I am dreaming. 😊. Perfect timing for the sleep audio. I am attending a conference all week virtually in Scotland that starts at 2:00 am my time then when it’s done I go to work. Probably don’t need any audio to sleep but I can’t go to bed without my Matthew heartbeat or relaxing audio. So what if it’s only 4 pm. I am out! 😴😴Thank you in advance for making my whole week. 🤗. I am so so so happy 🌺

Oh my! Your body clock is gonna be all over the place, A! Yay for this perfect timing! 🥰😘xx

Tara Davenport

I shall be using this tonight. Also t—twenty five minutes?!? 🤨 pay for my funeral.

Niamh

This is so relaxing, been listening as I wind down for bed after a shitty day and I’m gonna be out like a light once I hit my pillow 😴 I swear you have cameras in my house with how perfect your timing is, it’s unnatural 😂 Much love from this sleepy hoe 💙💙

Lina Mellbo Cedermyr

Can't wait to listen to this, over the last 5 days I've only had about 3-4 hours of sleep q.q It's too bright for me, but a sleep asmr with your soothing voice, I'm pretty sure I'll manage to fall asleep c:

Kris

You have such an incredibly soothing voice. Something about your enunciation is immensely triggering. I struggle a lot with nightmares and anxiety but ASMR has always helped. This might become my go to sleep aid. Thank you ❤️

Deanna Tyson

After the day I had being at my regular job and then straight to the pool ( had to clean and close it down. Half my staff tested positive for Covid) I’m super exhausted. Yes halfway into this and I’m already asleep. Wanted to say thanks Bestie before I drifted off to dreamland. Good night and I’m super excited for a Friday. 😉☺️😘😴😴😴

Holly

This sounds perfect for sleepytime and I will be definitely listening again and again. I loved all the asmr elements you included, especially the gentle breathing and the different ways you spoke. It was absolutely lovely, thank you

The Vocal Vixen

This is going to be so helpful on those nights where I wake up at 2:00 and can’t get back to sleep! So beautifully done, Matthew. Many thanks! 💗💗💗

FluffyReads

Oh wait... maybe not good night... I am writing because you keep tickling my spine 😳🤭 well okay, guess this is what is happening, I kinda like it 🤤☺

🧞‍♂️The Tower genie has been in Ireland spying again. 👀 Don’t worry, he’s completely harmless. A eunuch in fact. No not a eunuchorn🍀 xx

Emily Dawn

The description says SFW, but the way you’re breathing in my ear is anything but. 😏

toweraudios
>>65061791

Yay - I’m so glad my enunciation is soothing for you Kris! I had high fever nightmares as a kid and something called ‘Alice in Wonderland syndrome’ so even though I’m not affected anymore I still look for ways to relax before sleep. Anyway, I hope to do a bit more now that I have these new mics! Hugs! 🤗

toweraudios
>>65062157

Oh no, Dee!! Well I hope you’re sound asleep now.😴 I don’t feel like I can claim much credit after that day though…😁💜xx

toweraudios
>>65064501

Hey VV! Insomnia? Stop checking Reddit! 😂 Hope you sleep tight! Thank you! 💜💜💜

S0ft3stRaz0r

Thank you for this...after moving and unpacking for the past 3 days, this was just what I needed to quiet my mind. I'd been listening to Invisible Cities, so this is a nice change of pace. Sweet Dreams. 😇🥰😴❤💤🌜🌠🌧

IndyJane

After listening to you almost daily for the last two months, I’ve developed a Pavlovian response to your voice. While the content of this may be SFW, you wouldn’t guess it from my heart rate. I absolutely love how you sound going back and forth from ear to ear. I’m not particularly sensitive to ASMR, but I definitely got some brain tingles during parts of this. It will take a few listens for me to calm down enough to fall asleep to this, but I can definitely see getting there.

toweraudios
>>65069082

Hey SR - so you made it… I hope you’re settling in to your new place nicely! I hope THE MOVERS were good to you… 😄😅😘xx

toweraudios
>>65069714

Hey Jane! It’s funny that ASMR or relaxation tingles are so different from sexy tingles huh? I’ve only had them at the same time like once or twice ever!!😂 might need to go work on it again now… 😛💜

D

Timing is everything. 💧 Thank you, kind Sir.

Neekainscrubs

Love this! The whisper is so smooth. listening a second time cause it did not make me sleepy. Your voice does not make anything SFW 💦💦.

toweraudios
>>65076541

Haha - oh no! I can imagine you were expecting me to start moaning and saying things that should not be repeated in good company… 😂 Maybe I should try posting a babbling brook video instead 😂🤣 Hmm! actually…🧐 💡

Venusinaphrodite_

After a particularly stressful evening paired with my normal insomnia this was much needed!🙏 I was a very grumpy kitten today lol also I can't tell you how many pairs of headphones I've broken falling asleep while listening to YouTube🙈

toweraudios
>>65080061

😔Oh no! Hope you have a better day tomorrow… ☀️And ditto headphones —- it’s worth buying SleepPhones promise! 💜😴😘

FluffyReads

Hmmm 🤔 okay... sooo... tickle spine, tickle spine... then lights out! 😅... wow!☺ maybe I shouldn't have written off whisper ASMR as "giving me a weird shiver, so no" 😅 It especially tickles my lower back 🤔😅

Ann

Success! Perfect. Thank you.

VANESSA

Oh and yes I woke up with my headphones still on too. Haha. And what is a Lovense Pattern??? I'm relatively new around here..

toweraudios
>>65085965

Oh. That is pattern that synchronises my audios to a variety of sexy toys, so it’s basically like I’m controlling your toy vibrations while you listen… 😁 Some fun is had. 😜

Pisces Queen

Hey MT!! 🧔🏻This new equipment🎤🎙 is working so well for you! I love hearing you shift in your bed sheets(tingles 😊), personal care - measuring for a suit? Wow that's interesting! I'll have to ask any future male clients this when I make any custom clothes for them since I'm a seamstress by trade (Property Manager by day). I find drawing and sewing relaxing.  Ditto to rain on the roof🌧, the wind blowing in trees🌳 (my favorite- I usually sit by my lake on Wednesdays and meditate) and love to hear the trees leaves rustle softly in the wind 🌬while hearing the lake water push into the shore if there's a good wind blowing, soft breathing helps me to relax, binaural sounds and deep meditation ASMR are great (usually fall asleep in 10 minutes), the book taping was oddly satisfying. I also like hearing fingers coming off tape, hands through hair, ice skates on ice, I like to crumple paper when frustrated- the crackling sound is relaxing. ALSO one of my absolute favorites...hearing a baby🤱🏾drift off to sleep on you when you are holding them (I got to do this on my mini break). I love to hear their soft breathing and look at them relaxed and calm - tends to send me to dreamland quickly. All in all this was 👍! P.S. Not sure if I am ready for Lovense Audio for Friday...have to mentally prepare myself 🤯🥵😅😂😋.

its_me_erica

This is definitely not SFW because I am now falling asleep at work😄 Don't know what I was thinking listening to this after not sleeping well🤦‍♀️ Loved this relaxing audio though! My favorite ASMR sound is definitely not a common one...it's the sound of blades cutting through ice. I find it so soothing..makes me miss figure skating.⛸❄💜

Raegan Howard

I love the sound of fingers running on guitar strings when playing. When it's almost like they stick when changing chords.

toweraudios
>>65088177

Wow - I would literally sit happily all day in tingleworld being measured up for clothes! 🐟👑🪡💜It's the tiny unexpected touches (no, not like that 😅) and the feeling of someone concentrating on me like I'm an object (I know, I know, objectification bad - but not always...) But those other sounds and scenarios you mention are great. Fingers off tape, ice skates, yes, and mmm - a sewing machine operating too - though just quietly. I wonder if babies breathe loud enough to record them 🤔 😆... xx

toweraudios
>>65107493

Another ice-skate sound fan! I'm gonna get this sound someway, somehow. Like by going iceskating and trailing random strangers around holding my phone at their feet. 😅🤳

toweraudios
>>65112201

Yes! The little incidental squeaks and slips! Weird, I get this from watching NBA games and the squeaks of the sneakers on the court too. 💜

Flo

thanks for helping me sleep matthew 💜

Nata

I beg your pardon .. but my tongue knocks out my teeth ... what is shown in the preview picture .. I twisted it in different directions and did not understand ... something is as strange as possible🤣ASMR👍

Nata

It didn't work today if it's 7 in the morning and I'm still awake😂😘🐢

toweraudios
>>65217457

WTF Nata??! Go the F*** to sleep! 😂Okay, I know what you’re asking for. 🤺I need to wear you out a bit. 🤼‍♀️💜

Nata

Картошку хочу!))) 😂🔥

Carina

Took a wonderful nap while listening to this today. Well, more like listened to the first half before passing out. Lol. I'll have to listen again. 😊 Thanks Matthew. 💜

Lucy B

I've only managed to listen to the first ten minutes of this audio so far. Tonight I will start listening to it half way through.

Rose Red

I felt such a sense of security and relaxation while listening that it felt as if we were actually snuggling up together, as you sleepy talk me😌😌😌. I drifted off for a bit, but alas, my insomniac nature prevailed. Slight changes in pitch and breathing are a few of my favorite ASMR sounds. And the rain... I could listen to it pouring/dripping/with thunder for hours and feel completely at peace.

FFSWhatudoin2me (K)

Went to sleep after 4am… it’s rainy over here…. And now it’’s around 11am and I’m using this to get back to some more 😴🙌🏾 ❤️ the tonal shifts… got them live direct, yup I was wearing both EarPods. 😉 At times it sounds like palm trees swaying… as sheets of rain fall in the wind… taking me back to 🏝 life. 🙃❤️ Sounds like you’re sucking on a sweet at times too… 🙂 I used to play heartbeat sound to my nephew to help him fall asleep… Me too… I love gentle talking / whispering / rain on roof / audio books (people talking in the background) / soft wind in a tree… My smile when you did the gentle breathing… 🙂 Sounds a bit like the moment on a plane when they’re getting ready to traverse the runway. The tapping on the cover sounds like heavy raindrops as the rain dissipates. You said it just as I was typing… Psyche! 🙂😘 I know… I’m not gonna fall asleep yet because I’m making notes. 😀 Will re-listen to it after the next one. Thank you ❤️ Update: well I didn’t end up going back to 😴 because “daddy” had me re-listening quite a few times and I spent over an hour with him… 😏

Katie

Well I don't know about sleeping 😴... my mind is alive thinking about all the noises that relax me now 🤔😅. Some that you didn't mention that I enjoy. Someone plucking idly on the guitar, or playing a gentle song. The soft hush as snow is falling and no one else is around. A strong wind blowing through the trees (I missed the wind and snow a lot being away from home for nearly 7 years; born and raised a prairie girl 🙋‍♀️). The methodical clips and taps of snapping a computer together (odd I know 😆), maybe it's the idea that everything is going in its place, or just knowing that something is being put together and created 🤷‍♀️. And now that I'm back on the prairie, I miss the sound of rain, or better yet a downpour with thunder. A nice long relaxing instrumental track, and the sound of babies sleeping soundly. Anyway, time to keep trying to get some 😴😴🥱💛

Clara

My insomnia hit hard last night and my usual ASMR and hypnosis videos did not work 😕 so I gave this a try and well... I can't remember hearing an ending, so I must have fallen asleep 🤷🏻‍♀️😂 I only remember smiling from time to time whenever there was a hint at another audio 🥰 but I don't remember anything else so I can't comment on anything else, but in this case that's a good thing 😂👌🏻

toweraudios
>>65289681

Ah insomnia, RR! Well, I always tell myself 'rest is as good as sleep'. It's probably not true but it stops me being anxious about getting to sleep and... well... that often helps me get to sleep...💜🌹

toweraudios
>>65295017

Yeah BBB, I love people talking in the background too! Like dozing on a couch in the sun while people are talking in another room... 😌bliss...

toweraudios
>>65399345

Wow - yeah the sound of something being assembled and clicking together is super interesting, Katie. I like the feeling of someone focussing on something, like doing a Rubics cube or shuffling cards or something too. Hmm...maybe assembling Lego would be similiar... 💜

toweraudios
>>65401086

That is a very good thing! Thanks for letting me know, Clara! 💜You might be the same as me - I get immune to my regular favourites for a while, then if I leave them for long enough they work again... 😘xx

Katie

When you want to stay awake and listen, but it’s working so well you just can’t help but …😴😴😴 I’m fairly new (like not a full year yet) to ASMR, and I have tried out a few different creators and different kinds ( which ultimately led me to you, Matt 🙏👏) I have what is known as Misophonia for years but I never knew it had a name until recently. Some sounds, volumes, patterns will just make me agitated very easily. Mouth sounds are normally one of those things. Some times I can’t even listen to people talk on the radio or podcasts if I can hear the little clicks that saliva makes against teeth and lips and tongue, BUT you mayyy be curing me of this particular trigger. They way you use sound is more like the extension of words and breath, so it’s not as harsh as just the sound on it’s own, the clicks just flow very naturally from word to word and it hits the ASMR spots. 😋 So, thank you 😘

toweraudios
>>65949916

Oh that’s so cool to hear Katie! I also get a bit of misophonia - but only with people eating loudly. So I can’t stand food ASMR. It’s like there’s a fine line between tingles and heebie-jeebies huh?? 😂

Katie

A very fine line!!! And what’s worse is that you can’t really determine the line till you’ve crossed it…. The heebie-jeebie paradox. 🤣😂 I feel the same way about food asmr especially gum 🙉! I like rain & thunder, fabric (leather😍), page turning, some drawing depending on media, but I get the best tingles from the kisses- and so much more. 😋💋

Elo

I love it💜💜💜This one can make me smile.

Anastasia

Your gentle breath at the end is the best. 💜
