Matthew, the emotions you can illicit in 10 minutes is astounding. I started listening and I was all “Fuck, he’s angry. I don’t like this. It sounds like I’m actually in the wrong in this story. Fuck, I don’t like this.” But then my internal monologue came in and was all “This is Matt. You’re safe with him.” And then, of course, you made me laugh MUCH louder than is appropriate. When you got to describing what happened the first time “he and I” were together, it clicked what story line this was, but it was still a bit unsettling. Ok, this next part is TMI, but fuck it, everything that gets said here is TMI. A reoccurring thing in my therapy sessions is anger. I don’t deal with anger in partners well. I used to work customer service, I can get yelled at all day by strangers, but anger from someone I’m close to sends me into a spiral. Even when that anger isn’t directed towards me and has nothing to do with me. I spend a lot of time feeling responsible for other people’s emotional state. Anyway, the tension in this audio was a challenge for me, but because I trust you, I was able to not just get through this audio, I really enjoyed it. I even came when told to! Dude, that never happens. A listening session usually involves 2-3 of your audios. Making it happen in sync with the audio during the first listen? In 7 minutes? AND I started it off feeling super uncomfortable?! You, sir, are magic. And the way you closed out this story. You fucked my soul. Between this one and “He Can’t Mindfuck You Like I Do”, I think you’ve fucked all my non-corporal parts. It’s a bit unnerving that you to have my mind and soul, but as I stated before, I trust you with them.
