I cannot cope with this man. Dropping a meditation just when I was needing a new one to get into, I don’t know how he does it 😂 Ties in with some other developments that have been going on lately too 👀👀 Spooky doesnt even begin to describe it

Kathryn

I'm glad for a nice relaxing audio. Covid, which I had avoided thus far, finally got me and I feel like 💩 💩. And, my birthday is Sat, so the timing is impeccable. 😄 Hope you're all having a good week. 😚 >😷

This is perfect for me today. Already in bed not feeling well and all I need is your soothing voice! 😘

Ah. You really have the best timing - this is exactly what I needed today! Thank you! 💜

Hello lovelies! I have a question, when is Matt's birthday?

The view of the trees passing over us made me feel so floaty! Like glimpses of a dream. Being out in nature is always so grounding for me. I have this tree I like to lay under. And you can hear the wind whistle though the leaves. Sometimes when I look up into the canopy of branches I like to think maybe they’re looking back just as fascinated by me. It’s such a simply complex exchange. There’s no expectations or weight to carry. The only thing asked of me is to be in the moment. Here’s a poem that this reminds me of “In the depth of the woods, nature leaned into me; shading the ache of humanness with loyal loving trees” -Angie Weiland-Crosby I also like that when you make videos we get to see the world through your eyes for just a little bit. Thank you for your kind words. For being a gentle voice in our ears. For being a strong branch to land on and a soft to place to rest when we need it. For reminding us of the things we are and the things we don’t have to be❤️ I’m definitely going to curl up in the sunny spot on my bed and drift off to this🌻 I hope that you have an amazing week and I can’t wait to hear that pretty voice of yours again. Lots of love Xx

Inspection was supposed to be Friday. Closing the 25th of October. If you believe in prayer or good wishes/vibes please send them. I think I have my car sold 🤞they test drove it today and will have mechanic check it tomorrow. SO close to pulling everything off. 🙏🤞🙏😘💜🤗

You hijack our minds before I can understand how I'm being taken. Your descriptive and passionate ability to narrate life, about nature, about being human, about emotions and permissions to be ourselves is so powerful. You always take difficulties and compare them to things we've already accepted in life - the seasons, the falling leaves, the hotter summers. Why do we accept everything that is natural except the nature of being who we are sometimes? I keep imagining how amazing it would be to just spend hours listening to you talk about immutability but also acceptance of change. About knowing how to walk on leaves and branches. About growing and being better. Using the hands of the clock to set the rhythm of a dance, not to understand how long we have to exist. Walking at our pace, not worrying if it's right or wrong. Sometimes I feel that your messages in these meditative audios are so unconscious that they stay with me longer than just the minutes I listen to you. I need to listen a few times to realize what they really mean to me. I usually cry, like now, when I understand that I need to be less cruel to myself. It is truly a blessing to exist, thank you for existing too. 💜 Your poetic, but philosophical, artistic and realistic, somewhat magical view of life is always admirable for me. You see beauty in flaws, Matthew. You really allow me to look at myself more affectionately. Thanks for this audio. You should be out in the world, throwing your magic potions wherever you go, making everyone aware, letting everyone know it's okay... TO BE. 🥰

I finally sat down to listen -- I've been running errands all evening -- And just as I was relaxing, my foot got run over by a tiny, 1 lb kitten engaged in a fierce wrestling match with a Kleenex. (It is unclear who was winning.) I'm going to wait for Hank to get sleepy and try again with this. I was listening to the lake meditation on my way into work today, so I'm excited there's a new one. Thanks, Matt! Here, have some cuteness as my contribution to the Tower this evening: https://ibb.co/gPgzJQ7

After sleeping to this meditation how could I not possibly have the BEST DAY EVER. Honestly I sleep with you every night and I usually have the volume low enough to hear you speak but not have to listen to the words. So I have to say I haven’t hear the words yet but it felt good. I will listen to the words soon no worries. I have thanked you and will thank you again for helping me sleep. It is so much appreciated. 💜🤗

listening to this again through my airpods. today was such a monstrous day. tears after tears after tears over some really hurtful familial sht and a bunch of unrelated long-standing heartache. i usually listen to ferryboat poems for when i need peace, but i'm glad to know i now have this to rely on as well when it's all too much for me to handle. thanks kiwi 💜

Oh this was perf! I love how it was a walk too! The trees were beautiful😍 and when you showed the golden leaves, wow. What a gorgeous color when the sun shines on them. I'm so happy that you mentioned scents too! The sage part💖 Ahhh, when you talk about the place in the world, that just makes me have all these mixed feelings of being scared of not having mine, yk, a true home, but also feeling hopeful. I used to feel really dreadful about that, but not anymore. Or if I do, I calm down a lot faster. You're wonderfully encouraging and sound so reassuring that I feel like it'll all be fine. This audio is kind of many things that I wish I was more of. I mean, I think I am, just not every single time. That's also understandable tho. I do get discouraged quite a bit, but I've realized that I'm also quite resilient haha. I loved it so much, truly. Oh, and it's so exciting that you were recording new songs! 💞

This was the only butter available at my grocery store yesterday lol I know they say happy cows come from California. I hope NZ cows have a similar state of affairs🤣 https://ibb.co/gRf1kYW

I have never seen that. I have recently purchased a food item that I discovered after getting it home that it was from NZ. I can't remember what it was now. I do however weekly buy a small bag of NZ black licorice from Trader Joes. Love it!

BEST DAY EVER! School having suicide prevention assembly and other stuff and my therapist agreed that I did not need to be there so I have a day off. I will be going to meet my son and d-in-l's new cat with my daughter and trying out Panda Express's new Beyond Orange Chicken. I miss orange chicken but I really don't like the processed Beyond alternatives because of the sodium content and just all the processing. But I will try them out because it has been years since I have had orange chicken. Then going grocery shopping with my daughter and this afternoon there will be an amazing audio drop that I am totally looking forward to hearing. I tried the pattern out at 2:30 am and......umm...I will talk about it in the post. BDE!!!!

craving a lot stimulation so put on survivors by tim baker in the background while listening to this and unity is incredible. it's almost as if the two are designed for each other. i'm in awe.
