Awww I feel all warm and fuzzy 🥰 thank you for this. It always hits the best the squishy and cuddly affirmations that you just talk through hugged up on a bed ❤️❤️ thank you 😊

I have so many thoughts about this one but I just woke up and the brain isn't on yet so I'll be back later

Greta

Nice to hear after two job rejections this past week. Vielen Dank aus Kansas.

I need to listen to this a few times to really formulate my thoughts. But for now, this is really resonating with me. It’s very timely in both my personal and professional life and I may use some of your thoughts with my clients. 💜

Hey everyone- this will be my last day in the tower and it didn’t feel right to leave without saying anything, so I wanted to say goodbye. I hope you all continue in your journeys of self discovery. I wish everyone peace and love. ♥️

Shamesha

Going to have to listen to this again because I was unable to concentrate on what you were actually saying. Feeling you breathe and whisper in my ear causes chills, in a good way 😈. I understand that this is an affirmation audio, but my body is not reacting to it as such 🫦 Hugs and snugs 😉 💜💜💜

This came to me when I really needed it most 🥀🥹🤍

I absolutely love the affirmations audios, this one made me cry a bit and I'm so tired I can barely process it. Thank you for what you do, I feel mentally strengthend by your work and will definitely listen to this multiple times in the next few months <3 on a more casual note hope everyone had a fun Halloween! I saw a scary movie with my friend and we loved it!

Ugh I'll write out my original thoughts tomorrow, but I am damn glad I listened to this before getting out of bed this morning. My day quickly turned into a 2 hour grocery shopping trip with dad noting all the faults in my personality: "you're annoying, nobody cares about what you want to talk about, you're not as smart as you think you are, you take things out on others (I explained my work day... but ok), you're useless, nobody wants you around because you're useless, you're not resilient (big fuckin lol on that one), you don't work hard, you don't do anything meaningful, blah blah blah". Real heartwarming stuff to come from family members. I am doing my goddamn best in a very shitty situation with a VERY shitty set of past experiences that shaped me. Apparently nobody got the memo that giving someone notes on their personality isn't exactly a welcome or encouraging conversation 🙃

I did my MFA thesis on Sartre’s No Exit. SO glad you didn’t cite him in the context of a naughty audio! That would make it weird 🫣🤪😂

Kate, I'm so sorry, like... wtf is wrong with him? I'm glad you see it for what it is versus being factual but that's just awful. I know I don't know you irl, but it's clear these things are not true. Sending you a virtual hug if you want it 🤍

First, Matt is this audio your 300th post on Patreon? Congratulations! What a wonderful representation of your intellect, creativity, and thought-provoking content that you've created and shared with the world.💜 Second, thank you for this affirmation audio. For me, this is a timely reminder that I need to stop being so hard on myself and that I need to remember to just..breathe and give myself some grace. Life isn't supposed to be perfect. I can acknowledge my life can sometimes be a complicated, heartbreaking, beautiful hot mess. But, it is my hot mess, and I own and accept that I am a living, evolving, work of art in progress. I'm going to take this audio with me when I head out for some much needed Shinrin- Yoku aka Forest Bathing this month. I know..Forest Bathing falls firmly in the realm of self-help. 🫣 For me, it is act of self-love by intentionally choosing to be in a physical space, in nature, to meditate, reconnect with myself, and the inner peace I seek to maintain (and deserve) in my life. Finally, in the spirit of this audio, for anyone reading this, I wish you ☮️ ❤️ and a great rest of your week!

Last night I fell asleep to this (thank you!) and this morning I listened while doing yoga (again, thank you) but tonight apparently what I needed was something more primal and exhilarating and cathartic. So for the VERY FIRST TIME I listened to your “Dance with the Devil” and …wow…how did you DO that? How did you sustain that level of feral growling for so long? And the bullwhip…OH! It was WONDERFUL and the monks chanting and ready at your command were both hilarious and exciting. It was all delightful and brought me right out of my melancholy mood and made me absolutely crave a satisfying spanking or flogging (this terrifies my husband and so these rare activities are sparingly done with a partner ) I am at heart “primal prey” I think and it brings me such joy. As also do your audios. Thank you for cheering me up. I think I need to change my name to Kinky Bird Girl by the way. I fully intend to return to the affirmations audio when I go to sleep later though. 😴
