I love these so much, and I've been Pavloved by your voice so much that even these totally safe for work audio still end up getting me there 🤭🫶

Love the ocean setting. Perfect bit of serenity after a difficult day ❤️. I can’t wait to listen again before bed tonight. Thank you! …and I’m DEFINITELY looking forward to the upcoming titles 🤗

I'm not a fan of the ocean but today is going so... downright shit, that even I'm excited to listen to this one tonight 😌 my thesis is (supposed to be) due 2 hours before Monday's audio so that will be a wonderful celebratory gift 😉 (provided my supervisor doesn't randomly decide to go off the grid again meaning I'll NEED an extension, and completing it while on holidays 🤬🙃) Sending lots of hugs 😊

It’s a public holiday here and it was meant to be sweltering so I got an early morning swim in at the beach before the heat set in- so this audio is very appropriate, it might even be my accompaniment to a nana nap! Thought I’d pop in and contribute to the recent Nora chat, as she’s well and truly christened. Tbh my first impressions were ambivalent, because that buzz is full-on !! Seriously, it felt like I was going at it with a power-sander!⚡️😳🤣 I found if I turned the vibe off, the rotations just on their own felt sooo much better 🤯 so from that I kind of concluded patterns weren’t for me 😞, but experimentation right? I’m here for it. Happy to say since then I’ve discovered a new approach and (accidentally) a new pulse on the vibe; how to describe? 🤔… like a piano trill !! Ooooweeeee! So all it took to make this happy discovery was being in that half-asleep liminal state in the middle of the night and some seriously lush, mind-f#&*ery naughty-talk 😈 🙏🏻 Oh, and the quality of sleep it induces? 😴 Honestly I’d recommend it for that alone

Thank you for this one, I think it’s my favorite meditation here yet. And very appreciated/enjoyed today 🤍 I have an ocean yoga nidra meditation (where you bring your pearls of wisdom you’ve been hiding up into the world from the depths of the ocean) that I keep wanting to work on but there’s never time 🙃 The ocean is my happy place on so many levels. From visiting my grandmother in Florida growing up and running on the white sand beaches and jumping in the clear, warm gulf water, to being burned out from work and buying random cheap ticket to Hawaii where I made no plans and just hung out and enjoyed life (with so much good food), to my best friends wedding where we stayed close to the beach and after her wedding (and alcohol) visiting the water at night and having the most beautiful experience (core memory) where I felt so present and free in that moment, like no other moment in the past or present existed. Also thank you everyone who recommended American Fiction! Realized I had a screener so I watched it last night. I kind of thought it was about one thing from the previews but that was such a small part of it? Definitely an interesting story with really great characters, they’re what really made the story to me.

Currently getting ready for a nap with this audio, inside in the aircon, with a 3x refilled iced water bottle. I'm not a summer person and I am absolutely suffering in this 😂

Thank you Dear! This is definitely needed! 😘💜🥰💜

This was so relaxing especially after I stopped it about two minutes in and decided to change from listening to this on my noise cancelling headphones to my earbuds. Once I did that I fell asleep about 4 minutes in. I finally finished listening to it (and I was able to meditate) today.🤗 The ASMR in this is great however, I realized quickly that I may be bit too sensitive to it because the tingles down my spine were so intense it felt like my nervous system was overwhelmed, making it a challenge to focus on meditation. 😅 Once I went to earbuds, I was able to become more immersed in the meditation which was so calming and needed. Thanks so much for creating this.💜

On a side note, I also spent many happy times at the beach in Florida as well. I agree with you that there is nothing quite like the white sand and warm ocean water along the Florida coast.❤️ Also, yay! I'm happy to hear you liked American Fiction.

Shadows

This reminded me of falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves in Hokitika. Instantaneously soothing and calming for me.

Has anyone done a rage room? My friend rented a room for her birthday and it was 🤯 that room got destroyed. Also because I am me, I was obsessing over the area where you get to pick what you destroy and kept thinking how this cute little angel cup was some sweet grandmothers prized possession and it’s just going to get destroyed and unrecognizable and like how did it end up at this rage room what was the journey that ended up here. https://ibb.co/smTNy0v Before: https://ibb.co/3yGX669 After: https://ibb.co/W2s8RPJ

I've always wanted to do one of those and there's heaps near me!! I know most of our source their "products" from store returns that are damaged or can't be sold for whatever reason

I totally understand why people call their thesis their baby. 9 months of blood, sweat, tears, migraines and stress. But it's finally done, tomorrow is for cake, champagne and actually having free time again 😊🥂

Beautiful.
