Chloe was in bad place when the priest manipulated her in Rome, its not like Chloe went to find someone to know about this and plan to take Lucifer back to hell. Plan to take Lucifer back to hell was Father Kinley's idea and not Chloe's, she probably was in church crying or something and then Father Kinley found Chloe and started manipulating her after he heard about Lucifer from Chloe.

not completely Mortal lmao he is still Angel either way so everytime he thinks of himself in a certain way or helps people he changes along w the powers also… just like w Lucifer when he stopped seeing himself as evil his devil face went away when he started to help n love Chloe… w Amendial after he helped Linda n Lucifer he thought he wasn’t Gods perfect little solider n lost his wings n powers…but got his time stopping powers back by helping Linda n Maze then got his advanced wings to bring Charlotte to heaven…I won’t say anymore after this cuz it’s spoilers but yeah all those changes tie in w how they deal w humanity essentially n the bonds they make w people

Ya, this is a good one and you nailed it. Maze and Lucifer are not mad at Chloe because she is still scared, they are mad because she chose to hurt them in her fear. Linda never did that. They would have been fine if she just ran, but Chloe made a plan to hurt and lie to them even though Maze and Lucifer never lied to her.
