@jaime yh i been here for about a year now on and off and my new theory is that he starts new shows so much cuz It brings in whole new diverse group of people here (OBVIOUSLY.. i know, i know lool but let me elaborate tho). Then He does the show for like a month or 2 to show he kinda consistent for that show but the uploads for the shows he ain’t feelin get slower and slower and slower. But the thing is now the patron is kinda hooked with Don, cuz they are waiting for the show and lets face it Don is a good reactor ngl. But then all of a sudden *NEW SHOW alert again. It brings in new ppl and the thing is most times then not, it is something all of us like, so we stay, both for that new show and also that tiny sliver of hope that he will GET BACK TO THE SHOW WE ORIGINALLY CAME FROM YOUTUBE FOR. I mean shoot…. ask the Arrow and Flash fans who are still here asking for them shows…..STILL. And then we return back into the mode of “Oh hell yh don you’re gonna love this” and the cycle of dropping those shows and starting new shows begin all over again. Or maybe none of this is true and bro is just winging all of this with no kind of direction and i’m just being salty as a patron who’s had like 5 shows dropped on him. But i doubt it cuz this is kind of his livelihood and so therefore some level of thought and planning must go into this business. Personally I think it hurts his reputation long term and he gets a bad wrap and ppl leave when they realize this BS, keepin his viewership on patreon forever stagnant as he loses his patrons trust time and time again. But hey look, if this is workin for Bro, who am i to tell him otherwise shiiiiit, then i guess get your bag and feed yo kids bro…..i guess lmao. So that’s it. This has been my theory recently cuz bro….no other reactor i’ve EVER seen is this sporadic and random with their uploads while having patrons who come from YouTube and are literally expecting stuff from them. Just my way of explaining it lol **ok rant over**

Well damn😭😭 i came her for the teen wolf stuff and he has been very consistent with that show soo i can’t speak for the rest of u but when he started TVD he made me even more invested so now im starting to see him just start random shows for no reason and stop dropping the ones we want as much. And I agree with there must be some level of planning behind all this he isn’t just winging it that’s not the case, and frankly I don’t care for all of that i just want some communication just talk to us and tell us when things are happening or when he is dropping a show for some reason you know.

Cold hard facts is As shitty as this practice is i kinda get it from Don in the sense that there is no incentive to be timely at all with patreon tbh. If people leave he’ll just post on his 400k sub YouTube channel and if even 1% or half of 1% (0.005) or even half of that decide to sub that would be minimum an extra 1k subs here on patreon. Its a system that truly works and allows the creator to be free with their time. Now its up to the creator to be professional or not but the consequence of not being professional or timely (i.e current Pat. Subs leaving) can be remedied through “starting new show” or simply being more consistent on YouTube. In a sense i respect the hustle cuz he still had to have some personality to amass 400k subs (no easy feat) but still sucks smh

It’s not about the money tho it’s about respect, he wouldn’t be where he is without the people. We deserve to be respected, maybe some people complain to much and i get that but this is bare minimum. The least he could do is talk to us and tell us what’s going on it’s really not time consuming it’s takes minutes. If he treats people this way he will lose in the long run, I’ve seen creators who has been gready and selfish before and they have lost so many followers, from 100k+ to less than 10k on every video. Don seems like an alright dude so i don’t get this behaviour from him at all it’s actually jarring man💀🤦🏾‍♂️
