You have to completely finish tvd before starting s4 of the originals and you have to finish s7 of tvd before finishing s3 you can watch less than the first half of the originals s3 before finishing tvd s7 but then u need to finish all of tvd before the original s4

Maybe this time I'll finally get into The Originals. Seeing it through fresh eyes. I think I've only lasted a few episodes before, and I know why. I'm completely repulsed by pregnancy/baby storylines, and that's how The Originals starts, what it revolves around right now. It's 100% unappealing to me. But I know it must get away from that and become something more, so I just need to get over myself and commit to watching it. Much like getting over the blah-romance of TVD to get to the juicy center, right? 😁 From all the raving about it, I know it likely becomes awesome, and I can't deny that the characters like Marcel, Klaus, Elijah, and even Cami are pretty damn cool. I can't stand Hayley, LOL, but that's alright. It's not always possible to enjoy every character in a series.

Initially watched The Originals in 2013 so its been A FUCKIN WHILE. So this shit got me hyped. Lets Fuckin GOOO!!!!!! Klaus on his Gang shit baby!! Also My Dear CAAAMMIIIIIIII!!!!!!! I can't wait for their deep philosophical, therapeutic sessions with constant parallels to Klaus and peaks into his psyche to tell us why he does the things he does . This show is so well written at times

Whats a spoiler? The cami stuff, technically yah okay but i mean thats barely impactful enough to be considered like A SPOILER SPOILER. I basically just said their convos are like a mirror to klaus and how he feels, which literally happened between the two of them at the end of this very ep. So saying the thing that just happened in the ep will occasionally happen at times in the show is not, at least in my book, something that qualifies as a significant spoiler. Its like if Elijah rips out a heart and then me saying he’s gonna do that alot more moving forward. Sure that’s technically a spoiler but let’s be honest here😐. Also sadly he doesn’t read Patreon comments, just Youtube and his Discord stuff, so in reality this is a place where we just interact with one another as patrons

Why do people keep giving him misinformation? If TVD is good enough he will weave it in with TO. Like he does all the time with TV shows and if TVD is not good enough, telling him he has to watch all of it to watch The Originals won't make him watch all of it. If he doesn't like TVD enough but he wants to watch TO then he would probably Google "what do I need to know from TVD to understand The Originals?" so he can quit TVD and watch TO The fact that he hasn't quit TVD means so far he likes TVD too because he could have quit it a long time ago by using a quick Google search

interesting bc I made it to season 3 then put it down!!! I felt the story line was very over complicated& they lost the plot, the best season for me is S1 , cant wait to watch w don! hopefully I finish this time 😂

I also enjoy seasons, two and three, but I actually agree with you that season one is by far their best season and after season three it just dives right off a cliff. Like I would probably even agree with someone if they wanted to say originals season one is the best season of both shows but as a whole TVD definitely clears originals when factoring in the last two seasons.

Honestly, the final 3 or so episodes of Originals season 3 is peak. The problem is season 4 fails to deliver on what it promised. And same. Looking forward to rewatching Originals with Don as long as we also start season 5 of TVD. Too much good stuff to come to stop watching.

Agree!!!! Season 5 is my favorite season of Tvd after 3 it feels like the show is finally getting started now that we passed all that slow shit in seasons 1-2 😂

The rugarue, the mythical creature they said was supposed to be a werewolf in Louisiana folktale. It was actually a tale that was made for white people to be scared of forest dwelling black people. Covered in hair and basically feral, these bayou Africans became legend. Super funny and interesting.
