DivKid's Back ... back again! // Holiday + New Video! (Patreon)

Hello,

here's a new video and a little update from me as I'm back from a family holiday. I've been largely offline the past week or so enjoying a lodge in forest and a wide range of activities with the kids (OG DivKid on a mini jet ski in the pool in the image above) at Center Parcs. I'd highly recommend a holiday there if you have kids (plenty of people go without kids too) as there's loads to do and living in the forest is nice. No affiliation, I'll have to contact them about a kickback ;) ha!

I've tried to keep pretty active with Discord and we've had some good QOTD and WYR lately, now I'm back to things properly all Discord activity will resume regularly. Just uploaded and fresh off the hard drive is my interview and Atlas discussion/demo with Jose from Vostok Instruments from Machina Bristronica. I'm sharing the 2023 DivKid stage videos in the run up to the 2024 Machina Bristronica event (which again has a DivKid discussions stage). Full event details for Machina HERE.

In this video Jose discusses his personal journey to Eurorack, working at Befaco, building up modules for himself and the Vostok brand before we get into filter design, making decisions while designing modules and discussing and demoing Atlas (his quad scanning filter). THE CATCH UP

As expected with any time away I've a TONNE to catch up with. Lots of good things to come with new and existing gear and new ideas. If any of you are waiting on anything from me, feel free to give it things a nudge as I work through the heavy to do list.

One thing, or rather two, coming up soon is a couple of community focused videos (like we've done with Samples 2, Chorus 6 and the DynamicEngine) where I include your sounds in the video demo that I'll be posting about soon. One will be audio and impulses responses for reverb the other will be a lovely multi tap delay. So watch out for those.
