Fresh out of this evenings premiere here we are with the Molten Bypass video ready to watch anytime you like. Thanks to those that made the hangout in the premiere it's always fun to chat through the video playing.

So this is the Molten Bypass, a new module by Robin Vincent of Molten Music Technology & Befaco. It started as a simple way to add a bypass or simple on/off like guitar pedals ... as Eurorack modules typically don't have that ... and it bloomed from there. I've found a fair few ways to use it creatively as a stereo mute, switch, audio rate FX and beyond. Check it out!

NEW DIVKID MODULE

I've also been posting some serious chunk of tease over on Instagram and in our Discord community. There's some VERY good guesses as to what this is going on and what this is.

The new DivKid module is 8HP (make room!) and releases this Thursday! Both assembled and DIY available right away.

In a way it's really very different to any of the other modules that I think might be a surprise. More on all this soon, as it will have to be as the release is very soon! ha!

BYPASS CREATIVELY with the Molten Bypass // Molten Modular & Befaco (mute, switch, bypass & beyond)

Switches, mutes and utilities are the secret sauce of a modular system, big or small a system can always benefit from utilities are it makes the other modules shine. Here's a great example of that with the Molten Bypass from Molten Modular & Befaco. It takes a stereo input, adds an insert point (TO FX and FROM FX) and allows you to bypass/enable that with or without trails and with gated or latched behaviour. Rather simple you may think but even simply adding and on/off switch to FX as they typically don't have them is handy, but of course you'll find lots of creative ways to use abuse and bypass in style in the video.
