Hello,

here we have the blue and beautiful PROTEUS from Seaside Modular. It's a generative pattern generator with lots of clever musical tricks up it's non existing sea salted sleeves. While it offers much control and settings simple patch in a gate, take a gate and v/oct out and you're off, really simple.

What makes Proteus great (well many things) but parameters like density - something I love on other modules that have it - the sleep control (which injects resting steps at the end before patterns repeat), patience (great knob/control name in a long while) and the ability to lock in things absolutely set (you can save, recall and chain things) or let them vary naturally or all out create new patterns itself ... that probably reads horrible and I realise I'm just excitedly listing things it does that I like ... go watch the video and you'll see.

Proteus is from Jonas, Blue Nautilus who's already leading the DIY group buy community project for the Tap-O-Matic at present so it's great to see someone so ingrained and part of community make something so special.
