LAST CHANCE TO VOTE (yes that's an over-egged title) (Patreon)

Hello all,

hope you're well. I have the family back in the house! WHOOOOOOO. That feels good and like a huge weight has lifted. As many of you will have noted the past few months have been a big construction/extension project on the house and the past few weeks have been a struggle to say the least (house stuff and a few other things). I won't bore you with details but just know things are feeling and going much better.

In terms of the studio the current job is painting a dropped down frame I have around the ceiling to mount cameras/lights and get things off of tripods on the floor. I'm particularly proud of that idea as I think it's going to make a huge difference to the workspace. Next job is building the desks. Then it will be a slow process of spreadsheeting and planning out audio routing, organising and moving gear and chipping away and setting up a hopefully fast and fluid, well connected studio that can route and record anything from anywhere.

I have had a couple of videos pushed back in terms of release dates, so while managing to work through some new module demos those have to be kept private and offline for now. But there's some great new stuff to come I think many of you will be excited about. I'm also going to dig back through the archives and share some music and interviews I still have from the USA trip last year. Onto the clickbait "VOTE" part of the post ...

Who is the best online music tech personality of 2020?

For those of you that like to vote in online polls and things here's something for you and it's the last chance to vote. It closes today the 5th of December at midnight UK time.

Music Radar are yet again doing their end of year polls they hold and it's really humbling to be including again. You can vote for me if you wish (thanks if you do) but it's just such a pleasure to be among such talented, creative, hard working people on the list and it's even more of a pleasure to call a good few of them friends too. So go show someone who's content you really enjoy some love and vote if you'd like.

Voting is three clicks away with no details needed. Click this link, click the person you want to vote for. Click vote. Simple. https://www.musicradar.com/news/who-is-the-best-online-music-tech-personality-of-2020

Thinking back to the USA trip, here's some Patreon Exclusives (only available here) you may have missed from that trip. Have a great weekend and chat soon!
