I mean...the caption has me thinking now, would ghosts actually have a gag reflex? I'd also like to assume they don't have a gag reflex because, well, they're literally dead, so they'd probably have no sensation or reactions to anything going on with their body. There's also the argument that stuff that's physical kinds just phases through them or that they have a choice of what to let phase through their bodies or not. But Sadako is an onryo, and they can both possess human bodies or be reborn into a baby in some other fictional cases, so it could be that it's a human body and that it does indeed have a gag reflex or maybe that they can control it themselves anyway.
