Ever sensible, Shelley dons a sweater for those unseasonable days. She's also rocking slim suspenders for a 90s look. I never thought I'd be old enough to see a 90s fashion revival. I'll let you decide for yourselves whether or not I was making air quotes during any point of that last sentence.
