Ash vs Cursed Springs (Patreon)

Having completed a nice, simple, con-style piece, I made the mistake of expanding on it for funsies. What if Ash’s co-stars, Kelly and Pablo from the Ash vs Evil Dead TV series, also got sent to the Jusenkyo springs? (They just didn’t land face first in one.)

This created a unique challenge of having to draw reasonable likenesses of Dana DeLorenzo and Ray Santiago. If they looked like my usual, anime-inspired style, the visuals don’t work as well. I guess this also implies that the springs literally turn you into an anime character? Anyway, the contrast between the realistic (by my standards) characters and red-haired anime girl Ash who can’t even lift her own chainsaw arm was a lot of fun.
