Well it's nothing special, you've seen this before. I'm sorry the last Spit Low is taking so long, it should be done in two days. It'll probably be two pages, one of which being mostly dialogue the same way YAGM ended cos I'm a hack fraud who keeps doing the same shit over and over again.

Hey, if it works, don't worry about it - you've certainly got patrons who like your works. Of course us patrons of yours may have absolutely no taste in art at all ... but I'm sure you didn't mean to imply that. Or imply that our appreciation/adulation is somehow ... inadequate. Self-criticism and the search for perfection is a fine thing, so long as you don't make yourself miserable in the pursuit. Please don't - we like your work (or we wouldn't be here), and I'm willing to bet that your patrons would prefer you be happy, and to the extent that we can help, I bet there's willingness out here. OTOH, that shouldn't stop you from growing as an artist, seeking better techniques to tell the stories you want to tell in the way you want to tell them (or tell a commissioner's story).
