and Frieren and Stark aren't a fan of them lol

A little late to this trend (and mostly I put off drawing this trend because I think they are the ugliest godawful pants I have ever seen in my life and as a woman you couldn't catch me dead in these monstrosities) but I think she wears them well at least!

I'll be doing the book trend next lol

Yeahhh… I’m gonna have to agree. Lol. I wonder why it’s been trending. The book trend is next?! That’s been all over my TL. Also saw it with a ds instead of a book (idk why).

I swear I've seen like a store that sells those pants/leggings/jeggings/whatever in the gaudiest patterns and it makes me wonder how those places are still open. Also I second the 'boobs in book' trend.

I actually like those pants. I mean they are usually around an ass bigger than my head, so there may be a bit of distraction from the actual pants…but they’re nice 😅. Nice post as usual!

I love that I should have known you might have picked up on this trend, but still get surprised. I prefer the pants with this square pattern that people also hate, but it’s so ironically also forgettable, that I can’t find it on a quick google search. The book trend is my favorite. I’ve seen ds’ used as a substitute, and even side angles for sideboobs for those with smaller chests. It’s the creativity with these type of trends and a bit of insight of the person. House of Leaves and 48 laws of power are like two books I recognize from some people.

ive heard people using a ds instead and for the life of me I have not seen a single image like that even after googling! I couldn't think of something super clever really besides what kind of book to use so to give you a hint, the book I'll be using is "how to win friends and influence people" lol

that's the only reason why people like them! also patterns are a nightmare to draw so that made them even more dreadful to draw lol and thank you!!

o I bet they were only like $10 too. super cheaply made and super thin. and I hope you like my take on the trend!

I wish I had thought of something more interesting than a book like with a ds or something but nothing else came to mind. I'll be using a book but hopefully you'll still like my version!

I’m with those two. Those pants are terrible! Fern wears them well enough, but they’re still awful! Great job though! 😊
