It's called Moho and has a great deal (till today)

you can add bones to 2D animation which is a total time saver!

I will probably then be adding small animations to some pieces with this software :D

ooohhh that looks amazing *-* Sounds like a great software :o I just got my new graphic tablet today (since the cats destroyed the old one a few months back by SOMEHOW knocking it off the table, which I don't understand to this day) (I am still mourning it tho. Had to save up till now to afford a new, cheaper and smaller one haha XD) Looking forward to those animations then ;D Certainly looks awesome!!
