So about Lance's incident. While Lance was researching the Arctic Pokemon fauna he accidentally awoke Kyogre, because of the samples he was taking. Ice caps began to shift because it was embedded into the glacier trapping Blue (Lance's Vaporeon). Now, Lance free dives all the time, because bubbles tend to scare the wildlife, so he was running out of oxygen but he was not about to let Blue stay trapped, so he went deeper to get Blue. as soon as he frees Blue, Lance gets hit by an icecap powered by Kyogre's essence right on his back, in theory "killing" him. Blue and his pokemon Team rush him over to the land,  but well, lance is gone. So Blue goes back in the water to confront Kyogre. When it sees the damage that was done and how much Lance's pokemon love him, it heals him and that's how he gets his altean marks!

Just by chance, Shiro never gets to know about this accident because he's having his own accident in space, as Lance is recovering. SO NOW!!!

What if (due to the same incident) he also gets white hair, like what if when he’s too overwhelmed by an emotion that his altean marks shine, his hair turns white.... huh?!
