The mexican FDA has decided to curve obesity by adding warnings on the packaging of food, by law; like, excessive sugar, sodium, cholesterol... etc. Rule of thumb is 3 seals mean u should probably not eat that. There are seals that are really dumb tho, like “excess sodium” on vinegar jalapeños. Like yes honey, they’re in vinegar what ya expect ? So... i made my own twist by adding a
