If i had to describe how Fibromyalgia feels like to someone is despair. It’s feeling like your body burns up from the inside while barb wire and needles keep you in place. It’s feeling like you’re drowning cause you can’t get air into your lungs cause breathing hurts. It feels like you start to break from the outside to the inside. It feels like being a slave to pain medication even though you know it doesn’t do anything for you. It feels like despair.

I’ve had a couple of rough days i wanna scream but i can’t, i wanna lie down and rest but the pain is so much that it literally cannot let me rest. I’ve cried myself to sleep and taken enough medicine to ruin my liver and kidneys for a lifetime and i still feel pain…
