One of my favorite artists ever has always been Meyoco. I always liked how they incorporated celestial items and flowers in such an organic way. I recently got their book and i was amazed to discover that they too, didn’t like to use pink when younger cause they didn’t like the association with pink->femme->weak. But as they grew up they decided that pink could be a cool colour to use. When i was very young i used to think that liking flowers and pink made me a bit weaker than my peers, but u know what. Fuck that. I can like flowers and pink and also use a sword! But since i have ZERO coordination skills, Zurie will do it for me 😂
