Keychain Updates: (Patreon)

Thank you so so much for supporting this pre-order release! As you might know from my Social Media rambling, we have encountered a bit of a hiccup during the customs clearance process of the keychains. We have been requested more information and paperwork than we had previously anticipated, thus we are running on a bit of a delay. We had a bit of trouble requesting the import permits and gathering all the documentation requested, but as of this moment the permit has been requested and it's on its way to getting approval by the SAT (the Mexican IRS) I have emailed a redacted version of this file to all Physical Patreons and Preorder Buyers who will be impacted by this delay (SSN/CURP/RFC and Addresses have been redacted for security reasons).

For the sake of clarity, here are our next steps:

• We await the approval (estimated response time is 10 work days max)
• Paperwork is forwarded to customs (no ETA yet)
• Taxation payment
• Parcel delivery to our address
• Shipments to you are made

We're anxiously waiting for the resolution on this matter and will keep you posted as soon as we know more about this. As I've mentioned before, I have to make a week-long trip to the US from the 7th to the 14th, if the parcel gets delivered before this I will be able to post your preorders in USPS, contrary to the Mexican post, hence they will get to all of the USA based folks sooner! IF not, I will be contacting you again, to let you know of the delay, and we'll be compensating every buyer and Patreon for the delays caused by the offering of an extra keychain + Sticker bundle of their choosing.

Again, we're keeping our fingers crossed for quick and painless customs clearance. If you feel this does not work for you, please feel free to contact me, before requesting a refund, as this could significantly impact me and my future capabilities of using Paypal in both my shop and this platform. I will do my best to make it right for you.

All the regards and i hope you have an amazing day,
