Because i love the texture that water based sealer gives it (TIM’s) respecting the wood texture but still giving a smooth even layer….but also, polish makes them shiny (but it drinks so much polish, gods this was like 8 polish layers) (KOn) and it doesn’t stay even as wood takes too much time to cure/drink the goop.

What do you guys think 🤔 we’re still durability testing

I'm not sure what's supposed to be which but I think Tim looks better than Kon here? whatever is on Tim, it's hard to tell in a still photo. You said polish was a lot of layers. Was the sealer easier to apply, and I think I replied to the wrong comment before but are they made out of wood?

Yes,don’t worry love. I just had the time to respond, yes it is chilean arauco plywood 💜 Tim is on water based sealant, so it was easier for the wood to absorb the seal and required less dry and working time. Kon is on Polish based lacquer, Which requires a ton of layers and i know it isn’t like super clear on the pics, but even after 10k layers, there are bits that have less polish as the wood took its sweet time absorbing it. 🤔
