The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the Share & Sync Add-in. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.

So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?

Great Share and Synch tool - it would be nice to prevent getting the message "Ribbon is not initialized" upon Login/Logout. Also, it would be nice to send a file to be shared to a user (that way their email address can be added to the Drop-Box, One Drive, SharePoint Share option.

HI and thanks very much. Yes I will update it to prevent that message from appearing and I also have planned that anytime a new user is created, the addin file can be emailed to that user. Thanks again for your continued support

When looping through cells to copy and paste, is it necessary for application.enableevents to = true? Trying to speed up macros and still have the share synch unaffected

is it possible to share with individuals, not in my company's network - for example, I am sharing an application on my company's OneDrive; I have added the user's personal yahoo.com email address to the OneDrive synch. When the User signs onto the application with their personal Yahoo.com Email and password they get a question to select the OneDrive shared folder - which is not visible to them on their computer outside the company's network. What am I doing wrong?

Due to security reasons, cooperation block access to their one drive network or share point. You need to speak to your IT department to open it , I can tell you they are going to say no. I have my personal OneDrive that I use to share with the public

Thanks Jquj97f. I do not have experience with this type or corporate security but Sammy does for sure. I would for sure follow his advice on that. Work with the IT department to get a clear shared folder. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Is there any sheet or workbook protected available when sending over the files We don’t want the other users to tamper with the sheet form designs. Is it possible to add them?

I found this Add In extremely useful for my team. I still have few problems to make our complicated XL file to be shared with the other guys having access to it. There are some specific text characters that can not be transferred to the main file like an UP ARROW. Also when we make a lot of changes the synchronization takes a lot of time to be sync.
