The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the Document Mail Merge Pro. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.

So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?

Please comment your ideas and feedback to any  of these below and I will do my best to not only create an updated workbook but release a private training video next Monday, right here on Patreon.

As I noted in a comment on the original release video below, your method would be perfect for adding a table as a paragraph in the middle of a letter. The table would have varying row count based on the individaul receiving the letter and data appropriate to that person. Using traditional mail merge logic in Catalog mode requires very complex field codes and coding since the data is passed line by line and not all is avaialbe at once. Your method would likely utilized an advance filter to build the table since all data is avaialbe in one location and does not need line by line parsing.

I would love to use this for year end giving statements, but, like Malcolm, would need to pull data from multiple sheets and then add them in a table in the middle of the document, so it could be one row of a table or up to 30 rows.

Not a fan of imbedding pictures in the middle of a letter I am sending to someone. At least a table in the document carries formatting info from the main document along with whatever gets customized wthin.

Absolutely Malcolm, thanks so much for sharing. That makes perfect sense and I will try to work this into the update. Much appreciated

Thanks so much Jo. For sure that makes sense. A dynamic data set into a Word document. I will do my best to get this into the update or a new training. Thanks agaain
