Hi Randy, As always, great work! This will be incredibly helpful. I had a couple of ideas I wanted to share: -: Could we include an email reminder for tenants to pay their rent, as well as a thank-you email for tenants who have made their payments? -: On the Repair Table, it might be useful to add a column for pictures of the damage (before repair) and pictures after the repair is completed. Additionally, we could reflect the associated expenses for each repair. Thank you ...

Hi Tumi, thanks for your great suggestions. The updated version gets released this evening so i have already recorded it. Please make sure your ideas and suggestions get posted right after the original video posts so that I can make sure to get to them right away. WIth that said you can add unlimited pictures to the apartments as you wish. IN the update I have added a date picker, late fees, a printable tenant report and a tons of other features.
