Is it possible to assign a purchased item to one client or department? Or would this be a whole new tutorial?

Hi and thanks for your comment Henk. Once an item is purchased by a company it can be then be sold to a client, and in that case, in the update i have added an invoice feature with customer database. Now if you mean adding a specific vendor to any individual item, this can be achieved by simply adding a Vendor name in the client database. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Thanks for your reply. I ment purchasing a specific article for a customer if he wants a specific item, for instance a specific color which you normally wouldn't have in stock

Oh yes that makes sense. Customer notes would be a perfect field to house those types of customer-specific details and requirements
