Hello, my friends, great to have you here as a Silver Member. This week's training is on the AI Job Finder.

In this training, you’ll learn how to build a fully automated AI-powered Job Finder using Excel, VBA, and Groq AI. This all-in-one tool lets you scrape Upwork jobs, categorize listings, auto-generate proposals, and manage personal info with ease. Ideal for freelancers, virtual assistants, and job seekers, it includes 1,500 free jobs per month, a free AI API key, and everything you need to streamline your job-hunting process—right inside Excel.

▶️ Feel free to watch the full training video when it goes live on YouTube here.

As a Silver Member, you can also participate in our Feature, Fix or Focus Program, in which each week I will add a feature, fix an issue, or focus on a specific part of the current week’s training. This Feature, Fix, or Focus will be entirely based on your requests and ideas in the comments below. Based on those suggestions, I will then create another short video, along with an updated workbook and make them available exclusively to you, right here on Patreon. I look forward to reading your comments below.

👉 Make sure you download the workbook, PDF codebook, and the training resources in the files below.

I would love to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions on any upcoming videos as well, so make sure to comment below as I read every comment.

I look forward to hearing from you and I hope you enjoy the training. Thank you.

Hi Randy, How difficult would it be to make this work for other job listing sites. Im thinking more general jobs it's such as Indeed, Reed, perhaps even findajob.gov.uk. is it all dependant on whether the sites have accessible APIs we can utilise or are we scraping the site data a different way? Apologies if these questions will be answered in the video. I'm looking forward to it going live. All the best, Liam

Hi and thanks so much LIam. It really depends upon the API's available. If you search the RapidAPI database and see what is available, that is certainly a great start. Please keep in mind that each API may return different job fields so that makes it a bit more complex and time-consuming, but certainly not impossible. Thanks again for your continued support
