Hello Members,

The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about Amazing Multi-Shift Scheduler. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.

So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?

Hi Randy. Great workbook. !! What I would like to see is to print or email individual staff members the weekly or monthly roster. Also I'm not sure if the rosters hours can be varied eg 1 10 hour shift and maybe2 8 hour shifts.

Hi Randy, Is it possible to have... 1 - a "ToDay" button between "PREV" and "NEXT" buttons. 2 - a Date Calender when edit dates. 3 - The "Edit Shift" form to lock the same as the "Add Shift" form. Thank you for the great training video!

Thanks Randy.have a few questions:1) If the doctor have to support multiple departments what can i do. 2) Also if some of the task that dr assigned to, example training. They are present but attend training and i would like to exclude them from the total staff, is it possible? 3) to ensure clinic have enough coverage, they will lunch at different timing how can i make the change . 4) lastly, due to some emergency, might be assigned to help different function, how can i easily update the tracker?

Hi Derrick, thanks so much for your comment and ideas. That is all possible no doubt. I have already made the updates to this template a few weeks ago, however you are welcome to download this and customize it however you like. Changes to the template require formula, function, formats and code changes so i would not be able to explain that in a reply here. If you need help with this, I would be happy to refer this out to a qualified developer. Can you please email me all of your specifications in a detailed scope and I can forward it to a developer?
