I’ll also walk you through a powerful setup for sending downloadable PDF invoices via WhatsApp using a Make.com webhook, a custom VBA function (GetDownloadURL), and Dropbox link conversion, so invoices are delivered instantly without attaching files one by one. By the end, you’ll have a complete, free-to-use automation workflow with step-by-step guidance from start to finish.
