If you're running a small team, there's a good chance you're paying monthly for project software that does ten things you need and ninety things you don't.

I did the math on my own team's ClickUp bill recently and it wasn't pretty — a few hundred dollars a year for a tool where we genuinely touch maybe one in twenty features. Multiply that by every seat you add, and it's real money leaving your business every month for a board and a task list you could own outright.

In this training I walk through building TaskFlow, a task manager your whole team logs into together — a board you drag cards across, a timeline you drag to reschedule, real logins with admin and staff permissions, tasks that flag themselves red the moment they're overdue. No monthly seat fees, because the database and hosting are both free.

What stopped me for a second was seeing it work with two people in it at the same time — I moved a task on my screen and watched it move on someone else's almost instantly. That's the piece that made this feel less like a personal project and more like something I could actually run my team on.

I built the whole thing from a plain-English description of how my team already worked, and I'll show you exactly how to do the same with yours, file included so you're not starting from a blank screen.

Your training and download are below — go see what your team could be using instead.
