One thing I didn't expect: it handles vague requests too. Someone asking for their "latest invoice" without naming a number still gets the right file, because the assistant knows to skip estimates and find the actual invoice. Once that was working, I set it up to check WhatsApp on its own schedule so messages don't sit there waiting on me to notice them.
