Schedule & Pay All Your Bills With This Accounts Payable App In Excel

Hello friends, great to have you here as a Silver Member. This week's training is on Accounts Payable Manager.

In this week’s training, I will show you how you can create your very own Accounts Payable application in Excel, complete with Bills, Payments, Scheduling, AND an incredible dashboard.

▶️ Feel free to watch the full training video right here on YouTube when it goes live.

As a Silver Member, you can also participate in our Feature, Fix or Focus Program, in which each week I will add a feature, fix an issue, or focus on a specific part of the current week’s training. This Feature, Fix, or Focus will be entirely based on your requests and ideas in the comments below. Based on those suggestions, I will then create another short video, along with an updated workbook and make them available exclusively to you, right here on Patreon. I look forward to reading your comments below.

👉Make sure you download the workbook, PDF codebook, and the training resources in the files below.

I would love to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions on any upcoming videos as well, so make sure to comment below as I read every comment.

I look forward to hearing from you and I hope you enjoy the training. Thank you.

I have just been looking at this, and I have found a small issue, when you are using the mouse over and the text is opening then you can't click on the text window that are opened, because the code is trying to open the sheet that match the click, ex. Item 2 Dashboard, but that is only working when you click on the small icon, when you click on the text Dasboard that are popping up the code stop caused by a error since it tryes to open a sheet called Menu2. To avoid this I have done this change to my code in the App_Macros Sub Menu_GoToSheet() Menu_Hide 'Run macro to hide menu Sheets(Application.Caller).Activate End Sub To this Sub Menu_GoToSheet() Menu_Hide 'Run macro to hide menu Sheets(FindSheetName(Application.Caller)).Activate End Sub Function FindSheetName(strAppCaller As String) As String Select Case strAppCaller Case "Menu1" FindSheetName = "Bills & Payments" Case "Menu2" FindSheetName = "Dashboard" Case "Menu3" FindSheetName = "Bill Schedule" Case "Menu4" FindSheetName = "Vendor List" Case "Menu5" FindSheetName = "Admin & Settings" Case "Menu6" FindSheetName = "" Case Else FindSheetName = strAppCaller End Select End Function

'the FindSheetName can be used in any app that uses the same menu/naming of shapes, just edit the sheetnames and maybe the Menux names
