Hello Members,

The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the Drag & Drop Form Builder. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.

So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?

Please comment your ideas and feedback to any of these below and I will do my best to not only create an updated workbook but release a private training video next Monday, right here on Patreon.

I am looking forward to hearing from you and thanks so much for your support.

Thanks for this incredible training! I don not understand why you delete ALL data when you clear the form. It would be great if i could make several forms and later choose one of the earlier created forms (with a dropdown list) and the forms with the earlier created fields gets loaded.

Hi and thanks for your comment PB. When the form is cleared, the form is also linked to the data, So any new, or replaced form fields, must exactly match the data columns and data, since these are both linked via VBA, the data must also be cleared, Because they are linked, each new form, must accompany a data sheet, and while you can have multiple forms, each would have its own, linked data sheet. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

This is great training; I finally understand how to have VBA create dynamic formulas. The Drag & Drop would be of great value to creating Screens quickly, for example. If we could add a button to save the form to a new worksheet (without the Edit Mode button on the new worksheet). Then create a second screen quickly and save that to a new worksheet. then expand the "Clear Form & Data" functionality to clear the form data for a specific worksheet or for all worksheets. Using the "Drag & Drop" functionality to build worksheets quickly would be awesome. I would be able to: 1. decrease errors when creating tables, 2. when mapping table fields to screen fields, 3. when building dynamic formula name ranges, and 4. when adding functioning buttons for - New, Save/update, and deleting. This could be a huge time saver for creating standard screens for applications.

Those are all great ideas and certainly possible with Excel. Dynamic for sheets are certainly the next step for this type of application. I will create more training videos of this nature in the future as I think that its a great way to learn and to have a powerful & dynamic Excel database and form

awesome, I will eagerly await the next training videos. I greatly appreciate the Drag & Drop Form video; the dynamic features/functionality are great learings.

That's great. I am glad you enjoyed it. I received a comment on YouTube, asking to reverse engineer it, and start with a table of data, then create a drag-and-drop form from that. So I will try that next. Sounds like a fun project
