Hello Members!

In this week’s Feature, Fix, or Focus, we take last week’s Invoice & Payment System training.

Here are the updates I made for this training:

· Customer Summary Email added by Randy Austin

· Customer Overpayment Credit added by Randy Austin

Please don’t forget to add your requests for your own Feature, Fix or Focus each week when I post a new video, right here on Patreon. Each week I will either add a new feature, fix a bug or an issue, or create another training with a special focus on any part, all based on your feedback and comments.

Found a minor bug in Invoice_Delete. As it is now, when the last invoice in the DB is deleted, the new blank invoice created at the end of the script by Invoice_New creates a gap in the Invoice Numbers. If the Invoice-New line at the end of the script is moved down to just above End Sub, then it works as I'm sure you intended.

Another thing - (sorry) - seems to me better to save the number of days in the DB instead of the full text (much less space in large sheet). Easy to translate on Load and Save/Update to get the full text on the actual invoice page. This also allows easy conditional formatting on the Invoice DB Row (RED!!!) if invoice date + value < Today making a simple downscale version of the Payment Manager.

HI Gary, thanks for the details. I will have a close look at this and make the necessary updates. Much appreciated.

Randy, Payments_Load is not included in Worksheet_Change(Payments sheet). Do you have any suggestions for how I can run Payments_Load macro?

Hi Fadhel, thanks for your comment. The Payments Load macro is in the updated workbook and will trigger on Previous and Next button clicks. I hope this helps and thanks so much.
