Hello Members,

The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the Freelancer’s Invoice. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Dear Randy, Thanks for this training! I was wondering if it is possible to adjust the total price, for instance because of working with a fixed total price os because declarating a periodic payment. Thanks, Henk

Excel For Freelancers

Hi Hang, thanks for the great suggestion. The Total Price of the invoice is based on the sum of all of the invoice items. The Payment item can be updated at any time in case of periodic payments. Were you thinking about tracking multiple payments pers Invoice?

I don't mean the payments by the custumor, (you have already great trainings about that) but the declarations from myself during the project. For instance: total price $ 10.000 for a project during half a year, declarated in 6 fixed terms + last term for additional work, something like that.
