Hello friends, great to have you here as a Silver Member. This week's training is on the Inventory Management System.

In this week’s training, I will show you this all-in-one Inventory Management System that seamlessly handles purchases, sales, customers, suppliers, and products. Watch this full training from scratch to learn how to build your own.

▶️ Feel free to watch the full training video right here on YouTube when it goes live.

As a Silver Member, you can also participate in our Feature, Fix or Focus Program, in which each week I will add a feature, fix an issue, or focus on a specific part of the current week’s training. This Feature, Fix, or Focus will be entirely based on your requests and ideas in the comments below. Based on those suggestions, I will then create another short video, along with an updated workbook and make them available exclusively to you, right here on Patreon. I look forward to reading your comments below.

👉Make sure you download the workbook, PDF codebook, and the training resources in the files below.

I would love to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions on any upcoming videos as well, so make sure to comment below as I read every comment.

I look forward to hearing from you and I hope you enjoy the training. Thank you.

I am still working my way through the free version, and then the update version of your videos. I am very much a person that wants to know the why/how. Unlike the people on the youtube, I don't want someone to make this for me. Now the suggestions. 1) The purchases are based on buying one item at at time from a vendor, with no overhead. My spread sheet goes horizontal for suppliers, so I can see Vendor 1 - total - date of order - shipping - local tax - state tax - any other fees - then columns for the items. I know this doesn't work in IMS, but I would like the ability to track the various fees and expenses for each order, and have multiple items per order. Otherwise, how do I show that order 1 had S/H, but order 2 did not. 2) Top sales categories. Maybe not everyone would want this. I have 10 categories of products, and the some possible sub categories. What is really moving? I think it is category 3, but it might be 7. 3) current inventory checksheet. Both raw materials, and finished products. What do I have, and what do I need to order? I might even do one step further that, if you identify this product needs these materials, then you will not be able to make X finished product. I would really like a way to find your videos better on this site. I have no idea how many different ideas you have come up with, that are hard to find just through scroll. This does not appear when I search "Inventory", or "Inventory Management". It only appeared when I did "Compete inventory management system". Maybe a way to turn off some of the older posts, that have multiple videos for each one?

Hi Kent, thanks for the great suggestions, No doubt they are very helpful. I will try to compile them in an updated video and training. WHen it comes to updates, I do the updated video training 6 days after the initial Tuesday video, so try to get your suggestions for updates right after I complete the Tuesday video. As far as the search feature on Patreon, its really not good at all. Me and my staff are working on a searchable library workbook with links to the original training videos and I hope to have that completed shortly Thanks again for your continued support
