@Randy: When managing pictures into shapes, is there a way to copy the picture from another sheet of the project, instead of uploading it from the computer? I'm asking because it's simpler to share the project if everything is self-contained within the main file.

Hi Miguel, thanks for your comment. Yes sure, sometimes I will have icons on an admin screen and then copy and paste them into the sheet. I do that with a macro in this training: https://youtu.be/sS640tzxXyk I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Hello Team, I took today to practice with the Excel tracker. After clicking on the first option to add a recurring payment, this is what I get. No matter what name I click or option, I receive this error message. "Run time error & method user picture of objective fill format failed." Can anyone assist me with this error message, thanks?

Can you post the details and screenshot in our Excel For Freelancers Facebook Group here: http://bit.ly/groupexcel Also make sure you click 'Debug' and check the line of code. Please also make sure that a picture exists with that name of the file. If not, you can add the following before the line of code On Error Resume Next and after the line of code On Error Goto 0 I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Hey Team, thanks for all the quick replies but no pictures or calculations working for this updated Excel tracker. If possible, can you email a new link for the updated Payroll tracker that would be awesome? It may be how I saved the document.
