Hello, 1 small thing. I am receiving an error message when opening the "updated.xlsm" file. There is an external link in the workbook and I cannot find it to remove it. The link is to "Ultimate_ERP_Application.xlsm" location "D:\Dropbox\Excel4Freelancer\Free...\Ultimate ERP Application"

Hello Deborah, thanks for your message and letting me know about the link. I did find the link, which was tied to a macro on one of the buttons I used for the Edit Project. You can now download the updated workbook from the post, so thank you for letting me know. Hello Randy, I was wondering could you tell me how to update the shape height? because we want to use the interval with 3 minutes instead of 15 30 ect... But it seems we like to start at 6:30 PM and shows next 6:33PM So i tried to only add 6:30 PM till 6:30PM But the shape isn't reseizing the height of the current row It show from 6:30 PM till 6:33PM ? can't we update that so we have it the way we want? So we like to only add a tracker just on 1 line Thanks

HI Ian, thanks for your comment. When determining the shape height for a time interval, we must first get the actual value of that interval. So if we have a 3 minutes interval we would start with a full day, which is 1 so 3 minutes would be Interval ==(1/24/60)*3 then lets assume we have a duration of 15 minutes We would make sure to put that 15 minutes in decimal form. (0.0104166) Then we would use division NumberOfCells = Int(0.0104166 / Interval) We would use Int to make sure we are getting the whole Number Then we could set the shape height ShapeHeight = Range(Cells(StartRow,ShapeColumn),(Cells(StartRow + NumberOfCells - 1,ShapeColumn) Something like this should work. The key is to get the number of interval minutes into decimal form then divided that by the total time of the appointment. I hope this helps and thanks so much.

Hello Randy, Just wow, works hahaha awesome 1 more question, how to get the current row the time instead of using the start and stop button, it's easier for us to use it that way when we select the row we want to take the time at once after we press the return key so it fill out it self. Thank so much ;) you are amazing

To get the current row time is relatively easy. Assuming the times are in column H, you would determine the selected row and put the time into a double variable such as Dim SelRow as long Dim SelTime as Double SelRow = ActiveCell.Row SelTime = ActiveSheet.Range("H" & SelRow).value I hope this helps and thanks so much.
