The training we have for this week that I have shared with you was about the Userform POS. If you have not seen it yet, you can view it right here on YouTube.

Now that the training has been released, I am looking for your feedback to make this even better, just for you, our incredible Patreon Members.

So, what Feature can I add for you? Did you find an issue you want me to fix? Or is there a particular area you would like me to focus on?

Please comment your ideas and feedback to any of these below and I will do my best to not only create an updated workbook but release a private training video next Monday, right here on Patreon.

I am looking forward to hearing from you and thanks so much for your support.

Perhaps I missed it. Is There a way to clear subcategory images of past category selections, if the subcategory contains less than 12 items?

Hi Dave, thanks for your comment, there is a bit of code to loop through the sub-categories, but you can try something like this (before the pictures are assigned ) which will clear all sub-categories before any pictures are assigned 'Clear Existing Sub Category & Product Pictures For SubCatNumb = 1 To 12 Set SubCatPic = POSFrm.Controls("SubCat" & SubCatNumb) SubCatPic.Picture = Nothing Next SubCatNumb I hope this helps and thanks so much.

I tried that, though no luck. Instead, I created a new sub routine:

Dave Shreve

Sub InitializePos() ThisWorkbook.Application.Visible = False Dim intCatIndex As Long, intSubCatIndex As Long, intProductIndex As Long Dim CatPic As Control, SubCatPic As Control, LblCont As Control Dim ProdPic As Control, LblProdCont As Control For intCatIndex = 3 To 10 Set CatPic = POSFrm.Controls("Category" & intCatIndex - 2) CatPic.Enabled = False CatPic.Visible = False Next intCatIndex For intSubCatIndex = 3 To 18 Set SubCatPic = POSFrm.Controls("SubCat" & intSubCatIndex - 2) Set LblCont = POSFrm.Controls("SubCatLb" & intSubCatIndex - 2) SubCatPic.Enabled = False SubCatPic.Visible = False LblCont.Enabled = False LblCont.Visible = False Next intSubCatIndex For intProductIndex = 3 To 26 Set ProdPic = POSFrm.Controls("Product" & intProductIndex - 2) Set LblProdCont = POSFrm.Controls("ProdLb" & intProductIndex - 2) ProdPic.Enabled = False ProdPic.Visible = False LblProdCont.Visible = False LblProdCont.Enabled = False Next intProductIndex POSFrm.SalesStaffLbl.Caption = ThisWorkbook.Worksheets("Admin").Range("G15").Value End Sub

Then, when displaying the images, Enable and make visible the pictures/captures when the form is populating: SubCatPic.Enabled = True SubCatPic.Visible = True LblCont.Enabled = True LblCont.Visible = True Thank you,

That is a novel solution and a great idea. Very well done Dave and thanks so much for sharing. You were able to rectify the issue very well. Thanks again for your continued support Randy
