I don’t know, but the first thought I had when I heard the song “Taste Back” was that it’s the answer to “From the Dining Table.” I’m not sure, and I don’t think I’ve seen that anywhere yet, but to me it feels like “Taste Back” is the response to “From the Dining Table.” She called back. “Did you get your taste back?” That’s what I think.

“Coming Up Roses” is my #1 from this album, those strings just kill me. It’s so far the only one I have almost completely memorized. Also I watched this the other night so I could be prepped to watch it with y’all, and I didn’t realize until the show that “Ready, Steady, Go” speeds up right at the end, so now I love it even more. Those two and “Dance No More” are my top 3, I think.

I very rarely dislike when an artist has a new sound or switches to a new genre. It may take me a while to warm up to it, like with this album, but now I’m obsessed with it and can’t stop listening to it 😂 It’s really not fair to expect an artist to never grow and evolve and try different things as their career progresses. The only thing recently that I haven’t liked is when The Fray put out a new EP, because their original lead singer left the band so it was literally a different sound. They have a new album out, so I really need to try to get into their new sound, sit with it and see how I like it.

It's interesting what you said at the end, that its the first time you want to see Harry live. Did I understand correctly? He will have a round stage at MSG, but believe me, I've seen him at arenas and stadiums, and the show feels intimate every time. Don't miss the opportunity to witness his spell.

This is an amazing live! The chat was extremely distracting and so nice and funny, I'm kinda jealous cuz they usually happen way way past my bedtime but I enjoyed it in record. Maybe some day (or night) stars will align for me too)) Loved the ONO, Netflix (almost) didn't mess it up, I just wish they didn't cut his Aperture intro and the speech before Coming Up Roses but maybe we'll get some cut scenes, who knows. The guitar thing is also interesting, I feel like there's some purpose for him to have it, not just for the show, performative optics are not really Harry's thing. Maybe it really was a technical error, idk. Can't wait to hear all of these on tour, together with old songs, which I'm sure will get the new arrangement, Golden, WS and SOTT already had. Heavenly!

Love that you loved it! ❤️ I got up at 6:00am (Australian time) on the 08/03 to watch with the masses. He never disappoints! ❤️🤩❤️. I’m 63yo and have been a fan since I discovered his talent during COVID lockdowns. His take on Sledgehammer, a favourite of mine from back in the day, was outstanding! The video is great, as it is a live, intimate set, on the Howard Stern show. If you haven’t seen, although I’m sure you have, do yourself a favour. I then went down the 1D rabbit hole, which then led to solo rabbit holes. Now I’m bloody lost in the rabbit holes!!..😂 Love your show guys! Love the way you two can finish each other’s sentences…it is so cute.🥰 That is true friendship❤️❤️
