Update on this -- I talked with David Paige from Atari and he's interested in helping me get this on the Atari VCS, with some modifications! (he wants there to be an entire continent worth of settlements to defend). If I can crowdfund (he doesn't handle commissions), I just might be able to pull it off and use some more of your already-existing assets for the expansion. Here's hoping.

Cool, I just need the broken empty dome file also when you get a chance so I can add my own buildings in behind both the empty full dome and the empty broken dome (if I want more than one kind). EDIT: never mind everything else, I think I figured out that all the layers really need to be tiled in order to work properly across 720p screens.

Just wanted to say not to worry about my previous ramblings about "what else would be cool", as they were meant to be taken with a grain of salt. What you gave was more than expected and I am finding ways to work with the assets as they are. Already made a screen test with animation, cloud generation and animations, and time of day fade-transitions in Unity and I will scrounge up other resources for the rest of the game elements.

FYI, game is done (well, nothing is ever done, but I judged it good enough to put up). Since sharing links on here feels seedy, look for "The Last Sentinel" on itch.io to see these assets in action. Next up: Cosmic Ark....maybe.
