"Give me some good music here". Presses play and gets his wish instantly

what Fujiwara said about campaign promises is a little bit too real LMFAO

Markyotamos

You misread the subtitles a little bit. It didn't say "next morning" it said "next morning assembly". At the start of the segment the narrator said that they held them once a week. Still a short amount of time to get good at singing I guess.

Jet Man

Honestly, I think I missed that too.

Lixien

Liking someone only when he's sleep deprived is definitely a fetish.

I miss high school band and playing instruments man. I probably can't even hit a high C on trumpet anymore. (maybe even worse, like maybe no sound at all.)

Since I gave translations for Iino's campaign poster, I might as well put some for the one that Fujiwara is hanging up at around 18:50: I'm just translating on the spot but the general meaning should come across: The 3 policies that Shirogane Miyuki will uphold. - Us together with the students: The door to our student council will always be open. Come to ask us for advice anytime. We will operate closely to the students in a human fashion. - For a fun school life We will create a liberating and free school life for the students with their individuality in mind. We believe that freedom is to not be bound by rules and a chance for the students to develop. - Improvements that can only happen in a second term If we are elected, it will be the first second term council in 10 years. Using the experience we have gained in the first term, we promise to fundamental changes to the students of Shuuchiin Academy. ---- It's funny looking at this more closely. It really is all empty promises. There isn't a single specified policy in there haha

and the way Shinomiya was just like "oh right I forgot. your parents are politicians after all" got me. they knew what they were doing lmao

tbf, there actually is something called amusia, which is a clinical condition in about 4% of the overall population that is incapable of perceiving differences in pitch, but the vast majority of people who claim tone deafness, either don't believe or legit don't have the skill to sing, and don't want to spend the time to learn it. daniel thrasher does a hilarious video on true tone deafness(amusia) https://youtu.be/XWxcP6gtK4c?si=ygtiyD8WBztgqrPa tbc its the inability to procces music pitch, but not musical time, heres a good NIH study on it: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1950825/

I don't think it's 4% That's way too large. My understanding is that most of that percentage can't sing back a melody or related musical material while some really can't hear any difference in pitch

Red Menace

well so amusia, or to be more technical, cognitive amusia, happens to exist in 4%, now to be clear we are talking about a large population here, so 4% of a significant population is not as large as it seems, the NIH study explains it much better. i don't have it and have never met, nor known of anyone with it.

Red Menace

it actually is, surprisingly enough, if you google "amusia, -ai" you can read more about it, i find it fascinating. Also for once patreon is pinging me when people respond lol, but still won't autoplay a playlist

drumrolltonyreacts

Lol I did my guy. That's an old stat. That's what I'm trying i tell you but you keep replying and liking your own comments
