On the poll that got Psycho-Pass added, Nick pointed out that the first season is a complete show on its own. The followup seasons are optional and you seemed okay with the idea of just doing the 1 season. I get the impression that original assessment may have changed.

BTW season 2's OP is by Ling Tosite Sigure and Ending is by EGOIST. It's only 11 episodes long. After that there's 4 movies and after that season 3 and 2 movies.

4 movies, the last one is better after First Inspector despite being a prequel

Maybe a poll to decide? Put season 2/3 against other potential replacements for the anime. Or a YES or NO poll. Or take a break since the schedule is packed? It’s all up to Tony after that final episode.

An interesting thought I have while watching this episode is how determined Akane is to prevent "Kogami from becoming a killer" when we've seen him blast multiple people with the dominator to pieces. In the past this may have been justified because they were judged for execution by Sybil and he was simply carrying out the execution with the dominator, but that was also when she believed Sybil was a "pure" system. Now that she knows Sybil's true monstrous form, is Kogami killing Makishima really all that different, or worse, than the brains that comprise Sybil executing people through the dominator? I think she's using the excuse of not letting him become a killer as a means to save him so that somehow they can continue to work together. While she clearly has a very strong alignment I think it's really a matter of wanting to protect what she cares about at the end of the day. Not that that's a bad thing though. As for continuing the show or not, again my proposition was based on how you feel when you finish the first season. I think it is unreasonable to make you commit to all of the content if you finished season 1 and thought "yeah that was cool but just alright" but on the other hand if you really feel like "I wanna see where things go from here, I want more of this" I would say continue. Especially when you have so many things you're juggling, even if it's just one episode a week you'll be able retain the relevant show info way better than trying to pick it back up later if you ever want to try and slot it back in.
