Hahaha! Yes! This was a killer episode - We had Marty Friedman on guitar! 🤘🔥The actual story was fun as well but the focus was clearly the band for me

Bautista

They also had Marc Hudson fron DragonForce doing the vocals in the English Dub! Such a dope episode

Leonard Martinez

Been excited to see your reaction to this episode, knew you would love it.

Inosek

so apparently this band was based on old Japenese band called X-Japan and their song ''Kurenai''

Jet Man

This version of the performance is nice, but the Dub version just puts a big smile on my face because of my bias towards DragonForce 🤘

FpsRaptor

the fact you caught the Back to the Future Ref is crazy !! Not a lot people caught it when the episode dropped. Nice keen eyes. 👍

Carlos Mendez

And wait till you see the surprise on the next episode..

ユージオ

not sure if you know but the Voice actor/vocalist Kishō Taniyama is also the voice of Jean from Attack on Titan

This episode is a prime example of why I think people should stop dismissing modern dubs. Dubs these days are honestly amazing; the people voice acting them now have grown up as anime fans and put real effort into it. I mean hell, they even got the lead singer of Dragonforce for the dub of the song here. Subs, meanwhile, are only getting worse as companies start using AI translation garbage.

Red Menace

ngl, was not expecting the 80's hair metal exorcism with a sea of graveyard souls headbanging
